- Utily primarily uses browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage). Depending on configuration, some cookies may also be used by third-party providers (e.g., analytics).

- Authentication/session storage: Utily stores authentication/session information in localStorage to keep you signed in.
- Security: we may use storage to support session integrity and fraud/abuse prevention.
2.2 Preferences (Optional)
- Analytics preference: we store whether analytics is enabled on your device.
2.3 Analytics (Optional)
- Utily may use PostHog (third-party analytics) to understand product usage and improve the Service.
- PostHog may store identifiers in localStorage and may set cookies depending on configuration.
- No third-party marketing trackers are enabled by default.

3. Managing Cookies
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking cookies may not disable localStorage/sessionStorage.
- Clearing browser storage (cookies/localStorage/sessionStorage) may sign you out and reset preferences.
- In-app controls: you can disable analytics in Settings → Data & Privacy.
